Course Description: 1 Credit
This course is designed to review veterinary practices as they relate to both large and small animal species. Students can receive the Certified Veterinary Assistant Level 1 Certification after completion of the course, a 300 hour internship, and a passing grade on the state test.
Prerequisite: Small Animal Management and Equine Science or Livestock Production
